    • 60-minute psychiatric evaluation $350

  • No. Solara is an out-of-network, fee-for-service practice. This means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill after your appointment that you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to see whether your plan includes this benefit.

  • All sessions are conducted virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. You must be physically located in New York State at the time of your appointment, as this is where I am licensed to practice.

  • I provide supportive psychotherapy as part of ongoing medication management, but I do not offer stand-alone therapy at this time. If you are seeking weekly psychotherapy or a specific modality (such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR), I’m happy to provide referral resources.

  • No. The Women’s Mental Health Consultation is designed as a one-time service and does not establish an ongoing treatment relationship at Solara. If you’re interested in becoming a regular patient, please schedule a psychiatric evaluation instead.

  • No. Solara is not an emergency or crisis service provider. If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency or need immediate help, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
